Miki is a certified personal trainer with almost ten years of experience who understands how to work with a wide range of clients’ needs and goals. She has experience working with all ages and approaches everyone with care and respect. She takes pride in creating long-lasting, meaningful relationships with her clients, and prioritizes identifying goals with her clients to create a fitness program that is appropriate to each clients’ specific needs.
Miki earned her Certified Personal Trainer credential from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is certified in CPR/AED, suspended bodyweight training, kettlebells, prenatal and postpartum training, youth fitness, and animal flow.
When she is not training clients or working on her own personal fitness goals, she is pursuing a master’s degree at Bank Street College of Education to become a TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) teacher. She is also doing a student teacher residency in the Ossining School District. Most importantly, Miki is a mother to a hilarious, sweet, and curious seven-year-old boy.
