Miki is a certified personal trainer with almost ten years of experience who understands how to work with a wide range of clients’ needs and goals. She has experience working with all ages and approaches everyone with care and respect. She takes pride in creating long-lasting, meaningful relationships with her clients, and prioritizes identifying goals with her clients to create a fitness program that is appropriate to each clients’ specific needs.
Miki earned her Certified Personal Trainer credential from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, is an Equinox Fitness Training Institute Tier III personal trainer, and is certified in CPR/AED, suspended bodyweight training, kettlebells, prenatal and postpartum training, youth fitness, and animal flow.
When she is not training clients or working on her own personal fitness goals, she is pursuing a master’s degree at Bank Street College of Education to become a TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) teacher. She is also doing a student teacher residency in the Ossining School District. Most importantly, Miki is a mother to a hilarious, sweet, and curious seven-year-old boy.
