Our Classes

Group Fitness classes are back, in a small group format! We understand that our members are missing their EQ classes and instructors. We're therefore launching SMALL GROUP FITNESS. Bella is returning to teach some of your favorites, like Zumba, Zumba Tone and STRONG.

More about our SMALL GROUP FITNESS program:

Class size is limited to 6 participants. All participants must wear a mask.
All classes will be held in the main studio.
Classes will be an additional fee. See prices below.
Members are encouraged to use MICO to purchase and enroll in classes.

What is Virtual?
Classes are held in the studio via a projector and screen. The goal is to allow more opportunities for members to take a class, and keep class sizes to a maximum of 6 people.
