Your EQ Les Mills workouts are scientifically designed and proven to get results! World-class instructors to push you, and motivate you through each and every workout. Whether you’re looking for strength training, kickboxing, yoga or even HIIT, we have the perfect fitness program for you! All of our virtual classes are included with your membership. We encourage you to give them a try!

How it works?
Due to the capacity restrictions that have been mandated as a result of the current health precautions, EQ requires members to register for a spot in the in group fitness studio.

BODYCOMBAT®
High-energy martial arts-inspired workout. You’ll learn how to punch, kick and strike your way to superior fitness and strength.

BODYFLOW®
New yoga class for anyone and everyone. It uses a range of movements and motion set to music that will improve your mind, your body and your life leaving you feeling calm and centered. Yoga mats are not provided. Please bring your own.

BODYPUMP®
Barbell class that strengthens your entire body. Challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Your choice of weight.

CXWORX®
Provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body while chiseling your waist line. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do – it’s the glue that holds everything together.

GRIT CARDIO®
30 minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn.

What is Virtual?
Classes are held in the studio via a projector and screen. The goal is to allow more opportunities for members to take a class, and keep class sizes to a maximum of 6 people.
