Our Classes

Our Group Fitness schedule has something for everyone. We cover all areas of Group Fitness, Zumba Dance, Mind Body, Yoga, Mixed Martial Arts, Les Mills Body Pump and Cycle to name a few. With over 100 classes a week, we are sure to hit your sweet spot.

Schedule

BODYPUMP®
Barbell class that strengthens your entire body. Challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Your choice of weight.

Booty Bootcamp
This class is a 55 min fat burning workout geared towards sculpting your legs, glutes and abdominals.


Cardio Fusion
This fitness workout combines two or more disciplines to challenge your muscles in dynamic ways that change up your workout.

Cycling
Try a challenging 45 minute cycling class that utilizes HIIT techniques and motivational strategies to simulate actual riding experiences.

Hatha Yoga 1
Provides well-designed and balanced sequences to raise core temperature, build strength, and flexibility while creating stillness in the body and mind. 

Kickboxing
A fast-paced, total body, rhythmic workout that consists of punching, kicking and agility combinations to burn maximum amounts of calories that will Improve stamina and endurance.

Jumptone
Intervals of high energy cardio, and strength training on the rebounder. Great for all ages. Low impact on your joints.

Pilates Mat
Focuses on strengthening and stretching the abdomen and torso without the use of equipment. Proper breathing techniques and muscle control are practiced.

Pilates Sculpt
Fluid workout that targets arms, legs and core muscles. Fitness circles, gliders, balls, Flex-bands, and light weights are used to create an intense total body workout.

Piloxing
This class mixes Pilates and Boxing; making this a high intensity workout.

Step and Sculpt
Easy to follow choreography using an elevated platform and incorporates weights.

Stretch Xpress
Focus on flexibility, strength and balance by stretching all of the major muscle groups in this 30 min. class.

Strong by Zumba®
Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased after burn.

Super Cycling
This 60 minute high intensity ride is designed to push your limits.

Tabata
This high intensity metabolic training class will challenge your entire body and burns loads of calories.

Ultimate Conditioning
Strengthen your bones, joints and muscles with this well rounded toning class.

Vinyasa Flow
Coordinate movement and breathing with fluid movements. This dynamic yoga class provides for smooth transitions from one position to the next.

Virtual
Classes are held in the studio via a projector and screen during off peak hours. The goal is to allow more opportunities for members to take a class when they can’t catch live offerings.

Yoga 101
Addresses the fundamentals of yoga; whether you’re a beginner, or a seasoned practitioner brushing up on technique.

Yoga Flow
This class promotes maximum flexibility training and strength.

Zumba
Mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

Zumba Toning
adds the challenge of resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks.
