Wow! What an easy way to get 30 grams of protein with only 10 minutes of effort! It was amazing how quickly this meal came together, including shopping for it. I love that it is veggie packed with mushrooms and cabbage, and the protein can be swapped for whatever you have in the refrigerator or available at your local Trader Joe’s.

Delicious high protein – Asian-Style Beef by Isabella

If you are looking for a quick, high protein/veggie dinner with enough leftovers for lunch the next day, this is it. I added a drizzle of Trader Joe’s sriracha for an extra spicy punch!
