Wow! What an easy way to get 30 grams of protein with only 10 minutes of effort! It was amazing how quickly this meal came together, including shopping for it. I love that it is veggie packed with mushrooms and cabbage, and the protein can be swapped for whatever you have in the refrigerator or available at your local Trader Joe’s.
